    Hi guys,

Starting the first of October, I plan on going 90 days without PMO. It seems like this is the most popular and best beginning reboot option, so I decided to do this one. I wanted to accomplish this feat before the new year so I can try and let go of my addiction going into the new decade. The longest streak I've had is 3 weeks long, this being since I started PMO around a year ago, and I wanted to know if anyone has any tips or things to look out for during the first week, or even first month of rebooting. I'll try to be involved with the NoFap forums and such as I hear it also helps the rebooting process, and I hope that I learn from this community more than I know so far about this addiction. Wish me luck, and I hope to join the 90+ day club before 2020.

Hey Mortalman, I'm new to the site, but I would love to join the 90 day challenge too. Mine will have to only be PM since I'm married. Do you mind if I join you?

Good luck! IF You want to get to 90 days before New Year, no failure allowed.
It's exactly 90 days from October 1 to Jan 1

  6. Day 3. Woke up rock solid and frisky. Good thing my wife’s been ignoring me for 10 years or I might have broke my streak

Read some of the "Getting Started" guide today. Definitely helpful to be reminded of all the ways porn can decrease your quality of life. For me, it mostly manifests as shame, anxiety, and poor self-esteem. I hate that!

  9. Thank you Endurance01. I will check it out. I also deal with shame and low self-esteem, along with many others.

How's everyone doing with the reboot?

  11. Howdy. Brain fog anxiety and my right hand and foot is tingly needles and pins. Now I have the worst head cold. Work sux and I work with some lazy people I’m about to lose my mind on. But still not jerkin off. So good I spose. I started a Christmas countdown in my kitchen so it’s kinda secretly adding my days up and I look at it while I walk past. This is gonna be my first 90day streak. I went thru the kindling edging then restart then a pretty good 3 day relapse and all my symptoms came back even worse and are still here. Yeah my foggy swaying dizzy feeling is full force. I can’t stress enough don’t relapse. But yeah that all being said this is the big one. Gonna span some time here. 90 days np

Thanks for sharing Mr.Longwaydown. Keep fighting. It's worth it. You bring up a great point though. When your feeling depressed or defeated, it's definitely a much riskier time to relapse.

I have heard of nofap, and have been attempting it for a few months now. I have never posted anything on any forums before, and I’m hoping that doing so will give me the drive to finally reach 90 days. I have just relapsed after my longest steak of 29 days and during that streak i was the best version of me i have ever been.

Awesome Steve. So cool to hear how abstaining correlated to the best version of yourself. I'm still going strong and this community is definitely one of the reasons worth the fight.

Please admit me into the 90 day challenge. I did it once before over a year ago and then slid down. Now I have courage and determination to try again and achieve success. your support is all greatly appreciated.
