I feel like I NEED to fap to sleep good

    Does this happen to anyone else? It seems that the only way to fall asleep is to masturbate, that is, I am able to endure all day without problems, the real challenge starts at night when I am in bed since I have always managed to sleep better by fapping

    Yea, I feel that way too. Not that this is the answer for everyone, but I take melatonin.

    Yep.. I feel same.. so I've been taking sleeping pills every night.. they've helped out a lot.

  4. MO (or PMO) will help you sleep . . . theoretically, assuming you're not up all night fapping.
    It's part of what happens in the brain and body after having an orgasm.
    The catch is that it sets you up to crave another orgasm in the near future and (surprise) you'll end up feeling like you need to fap every night to sleep.

    Even if it means staying up all f'ing night, just don't fap. You will sleep eventually and eventually you will have no trouble sleeping without PMO. This too shall pass.

    yeah i also feel same like that... but now at this stage of day 15 nofap my this bad habbit has been completely broken. now everyday i sleep well. bro i recommend you do excersise daily instead of fap. You will lose energy surely from both but excersise will give you profit surely and your bad habbit of fap before sleep will be end.

    This super common. You should find an alternative that is aligned with your goals. Also, you have to be willing to suffer a few nights in order to break the habit. Be willing to suffer for yourself.

    I do agree with all the above replies. And I have same problem. Have to replace the activity. Even if it means staying up all night.

    The dopamine is why man. it's the pleasure chemical. Not much to it. Quite obvious why too. The dopamine gives you pleasure and makes you relaxed so yeah.
