Congratulations! What a great achievement and thanks for sharing. I find the benefits on my mental state are huge! I am gaining new heights of self-esteem and thus confidence. I am less and less concerned about what others think of me and I can allow myself to be myself - amazing freedom! I feel better about myself than I have in years and years! I am now focused on going beyond NoFAP to no lust. It is humbling to consider how much of my time and thoughts were squandered thinking about women's bodies. I don't want to waste any more of my life nurturing lust.

 

what has been your streaks like since that 345 days? I mean did it take awhile to get back to a good streak

I just relapsed after 8 months.

 

Great achievment . Congrats and keep strong . Relapse of long streak is worst than you can imagine . Dont loose your edge

 

My streaks was 50 days, some 30 days, 80 days and some shorter ones. Don't really remember but now this is the longest since then. It was hard cause I relapsed in spring when weather became warmer and relapsed a lot in summer. Also in winter relapsed every week on Saturdays usually.

I am new to the community, and I can hardly imagine going a whole year without PM (I am married).

I was introduced to porn very young, about 6 or 7 years old. It just became a part of my life, even after marriage. My wife has caught me a few times, and it has definitely strained our relationship.

I am now signed up with Covenant Eyes screen accountability software, and I'm 15 days into a 40 day challenge to avoid PM.
