What’s with these headaches and slightly dizzy?

    Past day, I’ve had a constant headache right over left eyebrow plus general dizziness and aches, it all sort of feels like a mild case of flu.... but not.

    ....and temptations EVERYWHERE! (It’s good just to write about it!)

    Yeah I got it too. Sincerely what helps me is these forums on the site and also accountability groups. After a few days without PMO I don't get the headaches and so forth anymore though. All the best to you
