A few weeks ago I was diagnosed with sleep apnea. Tonite is my first on the machine and it's going to take some getting used to. No pmo. One day at a time

I was busy at studying yesterday and came home late so i didnt update but another day passed, didnt have much any urges and going to spend most of the time in school studying today too.

D-Day! I haven't gotten any last-minute work done. I am just frozen with anxiety. Now I am procrastinating.

I just noticed .. the nofap counter has different time count and my country has different date change time.. but I won't cheat on my day count I know what is correct and accordingly I'll count.. with honesty
