Glad you posted this, seeing how often you do it right in front of you like this really puts it in perspective. I'm also glad to see I'm about the average so I'm not alone and can overcome just like the others who voted.

Another interesting poll could be did you ever pay for porn? A lot of people say that's a major turning point in your addiction.

 

I do it like four five session in 24 hours and then I feel exhauted then some rest and binge again. my highest is five jerking off in a day.ashamed to admit that.
and 10-20 videos of 20-30 minutes while all these session of binge of day which means hours of pmo

 

I'd tend to watch smut for whatever time I could devote. If I could free up my day by cancelling normal stuff, then that is what I would do. Finding something to watch and download was always part of it, and I include that in the estimate that it'd be more than an hour. The numbers varied wildly. If I was busy I could go longer periods without taking Captain Picard to Warp Factor 10. However, I'd regularly crack one off multiple times a day if the opportunity arose so I went for 1-3 time a day.
