    It's been so hard to control myself for the past few days. So I was away from the internet for a while. It was a good decision! After 30 days, I feel like my focus and concentration have increased a lot. I still have strong urges, but avoiding the triggers and keeping myself busy in studies have helped me resist them.
    Keep me in your prayers, want to reach the 45-day mark now!

  3. Found myself in one of the private rooms in my university. Major trigger. I always used the opportunity to browse porn (yeah, I know). So, now that my phone calls are done, I'm getting up, and leaving the room to sit somewhere more public. But first, I took the privacy to do two qigong exercises.

    One benefit once I kick this porn addiction is no longer doing such stupid stuff like porn out of the home.
     
  4. Shit I relapsed, I couldnt control the urges they were all over me. Dammit. I'm gonna have to start over. I tried my best.

    Gonna make it, relapsed today unfortunatly, but if i have learned anything its not to give up, i did that once, but now its just a matter of focus an determination. Its going to be a night out tomorrow with friends, and it actually helps me in some ways.

    I was recovering from illness and I felt that I wasn't proactive enough and wasted too much time. But I have been ill!! So forget about it!
    Right now I can say: my health is restored. I did cold shower and I sport again. So now I take care of my shit. Ganbaru, I'll give my best!

    Urges are inmense! I really should cut back MO. I commit to 8 Days hard mode now.

    Nutrition mostly good. I even manage to leave out sugar on many days. But when I decide I shouldn't pressure myself too much and let it be as it comes, I immediately binge on sugar. Therefor I also commit to 8 Days of (practical) no sugar.
