    Day 14! Two weeks no PMO. This Spartan training is tough, but has brought a new personal record, not beaten in many years! The body is weak, but the mind is strong. Resilience and perseverance is what makes Spartans strong.

    Day 33 God I love to see these numbers get higher! Feeling good this morning, had urges last night but I'd taken precautions before hand in preparation for the weak moments and they worked, I would advise anybody to prepare for those moments in any way you can, keep going everybody
