Benefits... it's a very interesting question.

I had a little anxiety but it completely disappeared. I have a GF and I'm sexually active, so I don't know too much about this semen retention magic pill. Well, do not count "benefits" it's not a good question. It's like "what are the benefits of quitting heroine?", you can live a healthy life and accomplish a lot of things what you have ever dreaming about.

So the benefits to me: I can concentrate on my life, because I'm not a lifeless zombie, I have a good sexual life, I have more free time and I don't have anxiety.

    Long story short: I'm healthy.

It's about recovery, not getting paranormal abilities. If you are sick for a very long time, you may forget how good is to be healthy. When I have been quit smoking in the first week I noticed how good to get more oxygen, more wind when go upstairs to your apartment. ;)

Thanks for that interesting viewpoint I agree with some of the stuff you've said and I'm around 40 ish days, wanna keep going but it's definitely made me actually chase real women /girls I have less anxiety too now I used to get anxiety when people would look at me now I realise maybe there just looking at me because they find me good looking or interesting. As I used to have a hard time accepting I was attractive and used to feel stunted when talking to new people as they would just stare at me and I'd just start overthinking literally everything.Fapping has definitely affected my ability to build relationships in the past. I'm looking forward to what the future brings.

Porn cause anxiety it's a fact. If you are watching porn, you see countless videos, and the actors have extraordinary sizes, steroid built bodies and there are the camera angles and digital effects... Of course you get anxiety, you cannot match with these fictive characters, it's like train in the gym to become stronger than superman the marvel hero. Maybe your conscious mind knows it's unreal, but it makes you frustrated in a subconscious level, this is how subconscious suggestion works. Any channel starts a new TV series and a few days later every second man has the same hairstyle like the main character has... SUBCONSCIOUS PROGRAMMING!

But you may call it fashion...

    SHIIIITT bro,
Honestly.... I deffo agree with you! I suffered from very bad anxiety which also affected my university studies which cost me a higher degree classification and I kept asking myself why why why, because I was fapping at least twice a day!,I was going gym working and with a sub par diet.Really struggled to talk to new people ESPECIALLY FEMALES..I feel a lot more energised now, less anxiety but there is still some anxiety do you think the more you stay on more fap for example 60,70,90,110 days the neural pathways become restored so there will be less and less anxiety the more days on NoFap???

Yes, I think. I have major headaches a lot of times, because my brain recalibrates itself.

But there are other things what can cause anxiety, caffeine is one of them, the average people consume a massive amount of caffeine. They start with coffee every single day, and continue with more coffee, drink coca-cola, mountain dew, these are all stimulate your nervous system to be in a "fight or flight" state.

And the other thing...! We live in a digital world, watching youtube, facebook, hollywood movies and all these stuffs, and trying to compare ourselves (sometimes only in a subconscious level) to the digital world. We get frustrated, maybe angry because our society is lying to us. It says ever people is valuable, but we see only the rich and unrealistic people are valuable.

For example this is how porn actresses look without makeup and pro video techniques.

    OR REALITY VS DREAM WORLD

Working out is the same, you go to the gym and expect to look like a giant mass monster, completely shredded and all that stuffs like the guys on the posters. But when you don't get the results you're going to become angry, frustrated, disappointed, and it all cause anxiety.

    This is what you expect:

This is how they really look like in off season (with a ton of steroids and grow hormones):

And this is what you can achieve with a lot of hard work:

So guys, avoid this unrealistic fantasy world as much as you can, because it can ruin your life. It not always works on a conscious level, but it works in most of the times. People in the old movies looks like real human beings, I love old movies, but if you watch something new remember it's all about the illusion. :)

  14. Don't lie to make a point. I know both pro figure athletes, and bodybuilders. They're not walking around obese off-camera. You don't need to exagerrate and use hyperbole to point out the fact that they don't always look like they do on stage and camera.

First of all, I do not lie and I assume you don't know Jay Cutler personally or you didn't know Steve Reeves (R.I.P.) personally.

If you do not believe what I say just use google and see how these guys look like off season.

    http://danielrisi.net/with-or-without-drugs.shtml

Just see the difference, these guys looks amazing before a competition, but they cannot stay in that shape in the year despite the amount of steroid intake.

And my point was not about that who can be fatter during a bulking period, but the harmful effect of the digital world, because you only see these guys, the porn actors, the stars of Hollywood, even some of your friends on facebook when they look good... and it's not real. It's not natural, people use photoshop, makeups, lighting effects, steroids, etc... And a regular real life person is nothing compare to that, so that can cause anxiety.

I remember when my sister shot a family picture in Christmastime and she modified the picture with some program before she uploaded to facebook... I could hardly recognize my own family (including me personally) we looked so different.

People spend hours and hours in the digital world and comparing themselves to the people in wonderland.

I don't think he's intentionally lying, he's just trying to make his point that pro bodybuilders don't look shredded 5% year round etc he's just using a extreme example o jay cutler lol.Your both correct.. it's just a miscommunication from Rebirth886 or how you've interpreted his message, were all here to help one another !.I know this anyway as I'm a junior mens physique competitor and I've stayed natural up until now, when bulking your face/physique does take a temporary aesthetic decline..until the fat is removed again.
If anyone needs any help regarding muscle building/diet/anything gym related feel free to message me I'm always open to help you :).
