[30-CHALLENGE] THE THIRTY DAYS CHALLENGE !

I cant keep doing the same thing and expecting a different result.
Certain lifestyle patterns of mine need to change if i ever want to hit 30 days.
Was having the best week and sadly, it feels like it was all a waste. I know it isnt but its always hard to shake off the feeling.
