hi little bro..don't worry..you have only a 3yrs of porn addiction..i had a porn addiction history of 15 years.i'm recovering through nofap challenges..you also can do it..if you have smart phone addiction..just install a good smartphone addiction contol app from the playstore and run it as administrator..you can choose the necessary apps you can use and can block all other apps for a specific period of time..if you've any doubt ask me..i'll guide you
