today just completed the 14 day challenge.
will be completing 21 day challenge next week..

The 2nd

Achieved my target of two days without PMO. The next target is simply to go three days no PMO. Yesterday was really tough but I made it through.

 

Day 2, feeling good, urges starting to creep in.
