Good 24 hrs. I have a new objective for this thread. Experiments and tools. We are going to create the help me tools for beating PMO.
Tool log I have stopped keep my phone by my bed. I keep it across the room. It seems to be helpful. Next planed experiment is to lock it and the laptop in a chest every night.

    Had a good 24hrs.

    My current tools.
    1. Go to bed before 11:00(This has been huge for me)
    2. Get up and out of bed on the first alarm
    3. Read scriptures daily (10min)
    4. Phone is plugged in away from my bed

Next stage: lock phone and laptop up nightly

I try to stay away from Instagram or open occasionally.
Sounds silly but IG could be temptation since we can find sexy girls photos everywhere.

That’s not silly at all! IG is a giant trigger for PMO. I find that it is easy to find yourself in P on IG and that’s dangerous. We will add no IG to the list.

Keep your chin up! You just need the right tools. And that is what we are all working on finding here. You can do this.

    Lokesh,

It is not enough to simply remove PMO. You must replace it with positive things. We often turn to PMO because we are missing something in life. We must take the time and put in the effort to find what it is that our soul is really looking for. Keep moving forward, joy is in learning and growing.
