10days with no porn and fap. Had sex with gf but ejaculate very fast

    Hi guys dont know if this is the right place to post.

    I have gone 10 days without porn and fapping. Today, i went out with my gf and we had sex. Strangely, while we were doing it, I reached orgasm and ejaculate quite fast like 1 to 2 mins I climaxed.

    Previously, when i was addicted to porn and fapping, I would not climaxed that fast. It can take like 10mins or longer.

    So my question is , is it normal to ejaculate fast when u recovering from porn addiction and fapping?

    Yes reboot makes more senstive and it is normal to ejaculate early. Stay away from porn and mastubation.It would be normal in upcoming days.

    Thank you guys. I was surprised and she was surprised too. Fyi, she no aware i was addicted to porn and fap. Todays is my 11th day from porn and fapping. Its a challenge aiming for 14days then move on from there

    I can relate. Been off PMO solid for a month. Usually have sex with my wife once a week, and the past 2 times we have, ive blew my load a lot quicker than normal.
    When i was younger i would PMO very frequently specifically for the reason that it would make me last longer. I had got to a point where i had to limit my PMO because it was taking me forever to cum , and sometimes I even wouldnt.
    So yea it surely has an effect on how long you can last.

    Bro, this is perfectly normal. There was a point in my nofap journey when it was about 80days of nofap and I had sex with my gf and nutted so early until almost after 150 days of nofap.
