Very moody - Day 13

    Anyone else become kinda irritable and moody towards others in there reboot? I find myself sometimes getting really annoyed easily and other times really nice. I know it’s the fluctuation of the dopamine in my system, however this is causing me to mess up some friendships/relationships with coworkers so it’s concerning.

    Thanks for the post, about the same period as you I was going through the same thing, getting easily annoyed over nothing and everytthing, i had terrible road rage. Stick with it I'm finding it getting easier and I'm starting to mellow out some more. Keep pushing forward. I hope it gets better for you.
