Working Out and Reading

    So I'm new to NoFap (1st day) but I'm not new to self improvement, at least of lately.

    Two things I've made time for so far are working out and reading. I definitely have quit smoking on my list and cutting back on drinks.

    I'm trying to keep it slow and steady but what are other areas have you tried to improve and which way. Feeling I'm gonna need some suggestions for distractions lol

    Cooking is a great practice for me. I get to experiment in a fun way and learn and be creative- and it improves my health. Developing a healthy relationship with food and then sharing that with the people around me has been a great part of my life.
