  1. Good luck man, diagnose whatever caused the issue and try your best to prevent being in that situation again; or at least have a contingency for it. You're now more knowledgeable about yourself and your weaknesses than you were before, so don't treat this as a total loss.

Truth is, it's not only the withdrawal. Life's an up and down at the moment. Overthinking some of my decisions in the past. I know that most of them were right, because I've grown as a person because of them, yet I've made my life much harder. I always come back to this point - an easy life is not worth living.
However, I didn't relapse. I withstand the storm of life for just another day.

Get up early, had an job interview (guess I left a good impression), worked out and walked the dog. Good day, still suffering from self-doubt.

The counter may say day 0 but you're not at day 0! You're exactly where you're supposed to be. Remember the big picture of your journey. 23 days means you healed a lot!!!!

Daily check in. I looked back and found that my lifetime best streak is 47 full days (I relapsed on day 48). Right now, I don't have doubt about my ability to break my record. However, sexual thoughts and feelings have been common today, so I need to be very careful.

I have an app for accountability. It's called BeeMinder, an app for habit-tracking. You plug your credit/debit card into the website and you specify the habits you want to establish. If you fail to record a success, you will lose $5. After that, the $5 will turn into a higher cost, maybe $10, then $15, and so on. I started using this app at the beginning of my current streak, so it is very helpful to me.

  11. Day 9, one day off getting back to double digits. Hopefully this streak can become my third streak to reach triple digits - and third time lucky my last streak ever (in a good way :D). I'll sure as hell try my best to make it so.

36 days my brothers. i´m proud of you, let´s keep going!!!

pmo by itself is a destructive behaviour for everybody. but for us addicts is really destructive, because after one taste many will follow, and in the end we will be feeling: no energy, lethargic, brain fog, depressive, nervous, irritated, unmotivated and pervert.

so when you think on pmo, see pmo for what it really is: poisoned candy.

Happy to see your progress my brothers. here´s a global check in:

    what pmo causes:

    - pmo destroys physical energy.
    - pmo destroys mental energy.
    - pmo destroys motivation.
    - pmo makes us nervous and angry. Repeated use leads to social anxiety.
    - pmo makes us depressed, destroys self esteem.
    - pmo makes us sex obsessed, perverts.
    - pmo makes us see people as objects, destroys empaty and compreension towards others.

for addicts like us it creates a even dangerous event, because when we do pmo the compulsion takes over and we repeat pmo sessions until we fall out. that means all the above effects multiplied.

so in a nutshell: for general population pmo is a destructive behaviour, kind like a cocaine shot. for addicts like us is a destructive behaviour plus it´s a out of control behaviour.

so pmo must go. period. now let´s check the basis:

Am i 100% sure that pmo is a destructive behaviour and must disappear completely from my life? If yes, great, the mindset is optimal :)

    now let´s check the tools:

have i substitute the pmo time for other activities that pleases and fullfills me?
did i erase all porn/softcore material that i have?
did i create physical barriers that prevents me from access or being exposed to lust?
do i know how to handle urges?
do i know how to handle boredom?
do i know how to handle hurt and anger?
do i have a good nutrition plan and a good sleep hygiene?
do i practice physical exercise regularly?
do i practice meditation or other relaxing method regularly?

if you answer yes to all questions, you´re in the right path. if there´s a "no" answer somewhere, there´s a risk factor that can grow in time and compromisse the reboot. fix it now.

have a great weekend my brothers, love you all :)
