    17 days no PMO.
Never tried to stop in decades. So, this is the first time in my adult life I’ve gone without O.

My goddam nipples have become so sensitive!

    first my right, now both.

anyone else experience this as a result of no PMO?

I cannot imagine what else it could be.

My guess is that you have hyperlactacemia. When dopamine goes down, lactation hormones goes up in both men and women. This will pass.

Negative. Avatar is picture of Neptune’s fork, from statue in Bologna, Italy. It’s the origin of the emblem of my car.

That's not true. A lot of men and women have sensitive nipples but don't have hyperprolactinemia. That I includes me. There is a difference between sore nipples and sensitive nipples. Hyperprolcatinemia usually causes gynocomastia (man boobs) and sore nipples.

There was a few days of heightened nipple sensitivity. Very unusual. I attributed it to the fact that I hadn't ejaculated in 17 days at that time, and perhaps my hormones were out of whack. I'd never gone that long in my entire life. Things seem normal now, so I will not worry.

You are wrong. Gynecomastia is mainly caused by a prolonged exposure to endogenous or exogenous estradiol, which throws testosterone ratio off balance.

Obviously, there are more than one medical condition that can cause sensitive nipples. The only information given here is abstinence from porn addiction, which causes a down regulation in dopamine receptors and thereby an increase in prolactin, which is one cause of breast and nipple tenderness.
