Day 3 is almost over, fitness as the way to transform both mind and the body.

    I knocked off at work at 8 pm by 9:00 I was at the gym. 10:30 I got back at the house. Cooked and then took a shower just finish eating now, I'm gonna brush my teeth and then go to bed. 4 a.m I have to call my fiancé who's 6 hours behind me, I'm 6 hours ahead. The call will last for an hour, after that at 5 a.m I'm going for a run. I'm planning to commit to this schedule for the next 60 days see where that will take me.
