I am at 5 days, but it seems like 2 weeks. I notice that I've been extra tired. Or perhaps its just depression which makes me feel tired... I've been triggered a couple of times in the last day or so. What are you triggers? And how do you respond to them?

For me, the biggest trigger is cleavage. I try to fight it off by thinking about other things; things that are not sexual.

for me its yoga pants, real life women and interacting with them at work or simply waiting for class and fighting the urge to look at a hot girl, i use brute force, I am trying to quit the gym now and will workout at home instead hopefully that turns out alright. once im done with my degree, that will be one less triggering place as well so that leaves interacting with family, outdoor neighbors(society) and work. I will use one stare rule and try not to get multiple stares using brute force by looking elsewhere, as for work try to simply concentrate on work as still want to learn how to talk to women or people for that matter

So the most helpful method of fighting urges is this:
    1) Close your eyes, stay there for a moment.
    2) Emotions like sexual urge manifest themselves physically. Your heart rate can increase, your private parts can feel hot, heavy, or tingle, etc. Think of that, feel it, feel the discomfort there, the sexual longin.
    3) Take a deep breath, relax your body, especially your facial muscles.
    4) Think of the #1 most productive thing you can go do RIGHT NOW. Do dishes, homework, job, whatever.
    5) Open your eyes, physically move to go do that thing.

Repeat this process EVERY time you get an urge. Even it is is over and over and over may times per day. This is hands down the best way I have ever fought off an urge. This is a Master Technique.
I learned it from Universal Man on youtube. Check him out if you want more info.
