day 10. It feels good to hit the double digits. For me, meditation brings awareness to my life. I have become aware of certain triggers now and with that, I have found that you have to use your sexual energy to create. If I don't do this through writing, playing the piano, or working on a business, it leads to a crazy sex drive (which is good). But if I don't have a partner available, I want to make sure I have an outlet.

 

I got confused because yesterday was a hard day emotionally. Day 4 was yesterday and day 5 today. Happy Saturday friends!
