    I was scrolling through Facebook trying to find some old friends that I used to know of in elementary. Even though I knew the likelihood that I'm going to come across a profile picture that can be triggering, I still continued on searching for other people on Facebook. I'm on hard mode by the way. Is this a relapse or a reset?

    Nah, being aroused by non P material is normal. I'm not sure if that counts in "hard mode" though because I don't know what hard mode is.
