    Hello everyone.

    I am addicted to porn, masturbation and sex. Also I like going to strip clubs and pay for sex. I would like to stop masturbating and watching porn. This have had severe consequences in my life

    Well, you have come to the right place then. Tomorrow i will reach 15 days clean of it and there are people here that have gone over 500 days. Get around the forums and check out the great content u will learn a lot as i have done myself, good luck and stay strong friend!

    You need to build a support system around you. Also would not hurt to try to find threads with people having issues in the same things.
    First part is realisation and now you need to work on the healing and managing part.
