    Why do I still not have any libido except for the 7 day t spike? I’m starting to get worried.

    Bide your time. It becomes strange but it will come back, it really matters about how bad your PMO was. Some only take a month or 2, many go way further and it's harder for sure.

    Around what number of days do we experience a flatline? I am still yet to experience mine because I do get arousal when I entertain thoughts of sex.
