    Should I try it for driving/social anxiety? Anyone here who tried it?

    They are very good for relaxation - When i take them before bed , i have the most amazing vivid dreams ever.
    Not sure about anxiety though but everything is related to everthing.
     
  4. I dont think they are for that.
    On the other hand both of the aforementioned supplements are for testosterone improvement in general (as per body builders in my gym).
    Fyi do not take any supplements without consultation from your doctor

    Yea magnesium helps with Anxiety. There are supplements out there, look for Magnesium Glycinate. Best absorbed, not like Mg-Citrate which is like a Laxative. Zinc is good in generally, and I did find a nice article linking Zinc, Mg, ad Selenium deficiency to depression..https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5986464/
