Day 41 started off my day better today, still feeling exhausted but it's coming and going now, onwards and upwards keep going everybody!

I cannot believe it. But I’m here. One more day to hit thirty and new Spartan rank.

Last night I drank heavily. And had a bad hangover this morning. Punishment for lack of discipline. but also, I lost my feeling of power, high energy and happiness. I would like this to be the last hangover of my life. Time will tell.

The urges have been strong the past two days. Not for P, but for M. I am being disciplined and winning the battle.

Stay strong Spartans and let’s stay the course to glory and freedom!
