Urges at night

I'm not sure if this is a good idea but I watch youtube on my laptop to fall asleep. It's very hard to not think about PMO when I'm just lying in bed.

I've been doing pretty good lately at night despite insomina. I used to just default to sticking my hands in my pants and masturbating at night to put myself asleep but lately just meh.

Could be a mild depression sneaking up on me, or finally my prayers answered though tools I've learned though men and women of God, but whatever it is I claim it in the mighty name of Jesus! I hope for continued success in my walk so far to beat this Demon
