How do you stop relapsing when you're single?

    Basically, anytime I'm seeing someone it so easy to stop watching porn.
    Last year I managed a year long streak from April 2018 to April 2019.
    Got my erections back and could have sex again after the 107 day Mark.
    After this I relapsed a few times and managed only streak of a week or two.
    Then I went on another 90 day streak, able to have sex after about 60 days. This was from June to September and then I relapsed again.
    Since then I've again relapsed every two weeks.
    I don't want to lose my erections again but everytime I'm single I get very horny and ridiculous blue balls after about two weeks and end up relapsing.
    How do i stop this when I'm single?

    It sounds like you have no problems finding a girlfriend regularly, so if that is the case I would say just look for another woman.

    I do have problems getting a girl though, especially when PIED is involved.
    Of course I don't know if my dicks gonna work now the next time I'm with someone so that's also a worry.
     
  5. If you seem to can't get past 1 or two weeks but the journey to 1 or 2 weeks is going good for you I would like you to consider the following:

    If you reach that mark where you would usually relapse - you allow yourself to masturbate. But without porn! And, most importantly, without any sort of binging! So you masturbate once, as slow as possible and focus solely on the feeling of it. After that one time you go NO MO for another week.

    This helped me greatly. I used to only reach streaks of 3 to 5 days and then relapse completely, binging up to 5 times a day. Then I told myself: "Ok, you are allowed to masturbate every second day (as that was the time it was getting really difficult), but only when you really feel like it and you are only allowed to do it once!"
    Of course it was hard at first to stop after that one time, so sometimes I did it twice or thrice on that day. But it was never so bad as when I set out 'to stop forever' - because I knew I only have to wait 2 days to be able to M again.

    Then gradually increase the duration between MO - 3 days, 5 days, 1 week and so on. Now I am feeling very comfortable doing streaks of 1+ week, without thinking much of it. If you are already comfortable with 1 or 2 weeks then start from there obviously.
