how do you know if you are gay?

You’re 13. Being an orientation and finding people attractive because of an overload of hormones are different things. Just find out for yourself and don’t let others influence you, that’ll just be more confusing.

 

Whether one's preference is for penis or vagina.

 

If you find men and women attractive you might be bisexual. Some think they're gay when it turns out they're bi.

 

Sexuality is really a thing you just got to learn over time. Porn can usually skewer your sense of your own. I was into my best friend a few years back, but now I realize that's not me. I want to settle down with a wife, I enjoy having conversations with girls and feel a lot of romantic attraction to them. ( I wrote a lot about my journey on my journal if you want to read it, you can usually find the parts I talk about this stuff in the big huge posts lol)

 

I am very straight
But in past I have developed strange affection to some of guys....
It's not sexual it's emotional
You can even say it's a man crush....
And I would like to believe that's ok for a straight person

 

At any point of life a man has doubts if he's gay because we find somebody attractive. Thats normal. If you still find women attractive then you are normal. Dont u like boobies?

 

I would not worry about it. (Somebody commented that you're 13?) If thats true, you shouldn't pay it any mind. HEAR ME OUT: your feelings matter. But you are too young for sex, and I also assume a porn addicted since you are here on this site. Porn alters you. It makes you do weird stuff.

Me? I am straight as it gets. Yet I enjoyed transgendered person, animal, gay, granny, and many other types of pornography. I dont like any of it. I actually get sick to my stomach after it usually. But porn makes you go to weird places for that dopamine rush. I used to think that I was all sorts of things, in terms of sexual orientation.

Point being, you're young. Just be yourself, cure your addictions, and the rest should fall into place.

Don’t worry. You have every opportunity and don’t have to decide now. Just let things happen. If you are bisexual you can also be like 40/60,80/20,10/90 etc and also this can change anytime. I think I am bisexual but i wouldn’t out myself because it would be typical for me that I change my mind in a few months again

Just wanted to hop in this thread, the only true way to find your sexuality is to follow these steps

1. Start watching porn every single day
2. Try and find the most extreme things you can still get off too
3. Make sure it's extra shocking material that causes strong emotions paired with arousal
4. Start smoking meth while PMO'ing (meth heads will back me up, this is a healthy behavior)
   
5. Do this for atleast 10 years

You are now ready to make some life altering decision based on your newfound sexuality, which was in no way influenced by the past 10 years of your daily meth fueled PMO sessions. You can keep smoking meth if you want to.
