    Day 5!
    a thought popped up in my head to go get a massage although I have a very important task at hand, which tells me that I am controlled by my mind. Instead of dealing with the stressful situation, it let me down the path of addiction and destruction all this time, its fucking horrifying :emoji_rage:

    Just squeezed one out a few minutes ago and felt terrible. I've been PMO free for 2+ YEARS a while back, but recently spiraled out of control - visiting escorts and massage parlours. THIS COMMUNITY was a big part of my success before. Looking for strength by reading your posts, fellas; looking to reflect and grow by reading my own.
