The Semen Retention Cult; aka Nofap's Heretics

I haven’t busted one since starting nofape monk mode 11/1/19. A year of no ejaculation and I’m fine. I understand if your married but single and or saying why busy all those nuts and then nothing left for your marriage. I am waiting until I am engaged or committed and then have sex.

 

Those guys are just making excuses. "I'm practicing semen retention, therefore I don't need to talk to girls." The perfect excuse.

 

I dont understand. As if your body doesnt make more semen every day. After 15 years of hard pmo use, blowing loads multiple times daily, i had my count checked a few months ago and it was normal. Got a bun in the oven as well, so... maybe i was lucky? (Sarcasm)

 

I'm not buying this semen retention story either.

It's PROVEN that testosterone levels peak seven days after ejaculation.

Also having sex is natural and orgasam is part of it. I have tried this few times before with my partner and all I got was extremely painful groin area for hours and hours

 

A lot of people around here seem to be greatly bothered by the semen retention guys. Never really got why.

 

Im not bothered. I dont care what anyone does. I just think its extreme. But thats just my take on it.

But I do have an opinion about it.

Everyone has a right to do what they think is right or makes them happy.

Even when I always like to make fun of their stupid claims, I feel really bothered at their arrogance. They think they know all there is to know about everything, just because "I haven't fapped in 2 days, therefore I'm better than you". And there the superpowers thing, right now there is a guy who just relapsed but he "Kept his superpowers" because he "Knows how to do semen retention the right way".
One of said superpowers was having a telepathic beard, I am not joking.

 

I am on it. I talk to girls. Actually do workouts and read about it. Decide it to put it on the test as much as I can, to see what is up with it. Personal experience is something great. I must say fat is shredding like a hot butter and I have more organisation. Never feel lonely. Much love to all, will keep you updated. Not sure about the truth, that is why I am trying it. 15 days very strictly, got to admit never felt so masculine. Even thought I have been going further with edging, excuses etc. (like visual stimuli etc)

See, I agree with you there as well. When you don't fap and constantly blow loads with your girlfriend you are your own man. You don't need to depend on her because of your insecurities. Men deal with their insecurities and are better for it. They are not supposed to get emotional and men should hold their composure and not go off the deep end with anger and feelings like women do.
I know people will not like this but I agree in old school mentality where sex was for procreation. You can continue having sex as it builds a bond between you both, but some people having sex six times a week or three times a day is just ridiculous. Guys have to understand you are using sex to make yourself FEEL GOOD all the time. You should be making yourself feel good by doing things like focusing on a great career, your health, making new friends. Some guys just want to pick up a girl because of lust and attraction and don't think about long term plans just so they are not alone and look weird then.
I actually now understand so much more about how I look at other men and where they have gone in life. Some friends I know put the work into getting laid all the time or being cool and hanging out. They just got by and made a career for themselves but they constantly had to focus on getting laid or getting another notch. Some got into weed, coke, drinking, gambling, some fapped a bit too and they got lazy as years went by and accomplished very little. A friend of mine that constantly used his High School football career to make him important, and never did anything when he went to college, lost jobs, and the divorced from a woman who was very pretty but she just wasted money and bankrupted him all the time so probably better off for him. He finally met someone else and had another kid but did divulge to me, "Hey, I fucked around way too much and I am behind now at 42 yo." I am glad he realized this and changed his thinking and is working on a business of his as well.

Semen retention is seemin’ okay. There’s no reason to jizz everywhere, as there’s no reason to retain semen. There is a reason to ejaculate though, baby makin’! A lot of sports dudes did this with the purpose of energy retention. Could be something to it. Beats me! Haven’t done it long enough to know.
