    Hello everyone. I am new to NoFap and here is my story. I been addicted to Porn and Fapping for almost 30 years and I am tired of living my life with this habit. Nothing good has came out of this and I lost so much because of this addiction.

    I am happy to know there is a community of people who too is fighting this problem. I want to change my life and be free from this and I look forward to this new journey in life
