Hi people, for my is my first time at Nofap and there's no better form to start than with a challenge. So here we go!

Concentration and strength in this 3 weeks to all!! My better desires!

I just started with the challenge. I'm very excited and expectant for reach my goal! I'm little bit scare because I try once and I fail. I know this time will be different

had to reset my counter, relapsed yesterday. was very careless, made some dumb decisions. pretty disappointed in myself, first try and didn't even make it to 3 days... but I will be more careful from now on so this doesn't happen again. So try number 2
