New to the NoFap community

Hey y'all. Just wanted to create a thread and say hi and possibly give you some info about me ^^ My name is Julian and I am 22 and I have addiction to pornography. I never thought that this was an addiction up until 4-5 days ago. So here's what happened. I study at about 50 km from where I live and there is like 30-40 minute drive until I reach my destination. When I left that day I was constantly thinking of how bad I want to watch porn and you know do my thing. And guess what .. I stopped the car at the first spot meant for you to stop in case you needed to stop for whatever reason and in my car, half way in between my town and my university, I did my thing watching porn on my phone IN THE CAR. Now I know that this may sound funny,dumb,cringy or whatever but when I was finally done, I realized that I had a problem. So I went to my university, I finished my lectures and I got home. I started reading and I saw these Terry Crews videos, and I am a big fan of his and the show B99, and this was the day I said that I HAVE TO CHANGE FOR THE BETTER. So I am on day 3 now going strong and I am determined to STOP watching porn. I am 22 and have never been in a relationship that I can actually call a relationship. I am 22 and NEVER HAD SEX because of this addiction, because I was unattractive for girls my age, because I was NOT confident enough to ask a girl out on a proper date. And I decided that I HAVE TO CHANGE and that I WILL. Sorry for the long post. I will understand if nobody reads or responds to this .. I just had to say there words in a community of people that I hope will understand what I go though. If you have and tips that might help me or encourage me to keep going in case I give in to the addiction, please feel free to share them here with me and all who visit this thread. That is my goal. Today I went and bought myself dumbbells and I started training. Going for a walk or even a drive clears my head as well. Thanks for the advice!!
