Hey bro. I am where you are bro. You just have to get up and keep fighting. Make up your mind to never stop fighting and looking for help. Pray, go online, read self help books. Just don't quit fighting.

 

I know i havent scratched the surface of the joy i will experience when i am free from this addiction. But i feel so good having to wake up this few days without the weight of guilt and pain(physical, mental and spiritual). My issue is usually consistency. I need God's help.

@renewing Let keep fighting man, we here for one another, everytime you are about to give give in, get up go through the site, go to any forum, read through any topic, or go to youtube, type NoFap, you will get loads of success stories, the more you go through those the urges suddenly go down. You just remember you are in a fight and you are not alone. And the more you keep learning about channelling the sexual energy into your hobbies gaols and future plans man, it makes you a beast, hungry for success and unstoppable. I'm a gym freak and I'm planner, I'm future orientatated. I'm also getting married sometime next year, the more I think of the benefits of nofap, man the more I wanna shut down the urges. Man we can do this, we can fight this. And the only way to win the game is to stay in the game, we keep fight fighting till we die. Each and everyday is a new opportunity. Man I'm here I check this site every hour everytime you are about to give in, message me, just let me know I will come through. I know sometimes I text and I'm in trouble, and no one come through but my goal is to be there immediately if someone Is in trouble. So man we fall, we rise again, we fall again we keep rising, we keep trying, we just never stop, we gonna keep trying till we die. Coz we want this freedom more than anything, it high time and we gonna step up. Forget about the times you've messed focus on the journey and who you want to become. God is merciful and he sees our effort, he meets us halfway by always granting us a new day. We use it, we keep fighting till we win this war. Cheers let's take it one day at a time. @renewing and @Froger it's 5 a.m a d I'm ready to run through the streets of China, I know exactly what I'm up against, this is more then just a run. I'm leaving the past behind and going straight to future. All the people fighting in this forum are my brother and sisters and we gonna keep each other in our prayers while we hustle, grind kicking and screaming. It a fight a persistence once the one that we have to win, and when we come out of here, we gonna come out alive stronger than before.

I'm in.
Just squeezed one out a few minutes ago and felt terrible. I've been PMO free for 2+ YEARS a while back, but recently spiraled out of control - visiting escorts and massage parlours. THIS COMMUNITY was a big part of my success before. Looking for strength by reading your posts, fellas; looking to reflect and grow by reading my own.

Day 3 was good. Didn't get any urges.
Met few friends and relatives and had fun time with them.

 

My heart just keeps thanking you and thanking you. This is a big help. Much thanks also to the member who pointed to the link of Soaring Eagle pdf. My heart just keeps thanking you and thanking you and Soaring Eagle. I am at a loss for words because I am fond of TCM. I now have the tool and knowledge and inspiration . I will do better. Much better. I hope to break the 20-day barrier first. Great kindred here.
