[90-CHALLENGE] THE NINETY DAYS CHALLENGE !

39 days and almost had an incident. I gotta stay strong and have more discipline. A friend of mine was just saying how the devil will whisper to you to tempt you. I almost took the bait. Remain vigilant everyone.

Nice to hear that you are feeling better, RiseToGreatness. Eye contact is a great indicator of progress: when you've got nothing to hide from the world (PMO and all the insecurities it makes worse), you can look anyone (or anything!) right in the eye. Keep it up bro, you are doing superb.

 

So busy yesterday that I forgot to check in. So Day 25 complete, starting Day 26.

Day 4: Had a small urge to fall back into old habits but killed that thought quick.
Onward and upward and restored.

Yes brother you can reach your goal and you can do it.

Make a commitment and stand by the commitment and even if this shit try to pull you back then fight back and if you fall no problem get up and move forward

No problem how strong the urges are you have two choices

1. The pain of learning and living with self discipline
2. The pain of watching porn and later dealing with urges, brain fog, shame and regret.

So chose wisely brother

Day 11 .. had refreshing run on the morning and now feeling stronger then ever in my quest to beat this PMO demon !

Feeling any urge or horny right now ,just hold on for a minute,get that damn dumbbell in ur hand and stand in front of mirror and start exercising or do some push-ups if have no dumbbell,but carry on with ur streak.BE THE BOSS OF YOUR OWN
