    It's your reboot, you decide the rules, but no, that's not masturbation and so if you are on a no-porn and no-masturbation reboot you are fine

    I would say that most people wouldn't consider it a relapse unless part of your goal is no orgasm at all. In the Sexaholics Anonymous program, the goal is no sex with self or anyone other than the addict's spouse or partner.
