    I am going through a porn-addiction, excessive masturbation as well as low self-esteem. After watching some TEDx talks about these topics I have realised that my mood and sexual desensitisation is largely due to my addiction. Trying challenges alone has not worked in the past so I am really excited about this new decision to be part of this group! I would appreciate if anyone could guide me with the challenges part, which I fin most interesting

    Welcome, I am new but not so new I guess, if that makes sense. I’ve been trying by myself a long time. 2yrs ago I joined this group but didn’t communicate or ask for help. After failing and failing, I finally get it. This is about communication, staying in touch, reaching out, telling your story. Whatever you do stay with this, keep communicating and reading the other posts. It’s not easy but it’s doable. Stay with it as hard as that will be at times.
