    Hey guys!
I am a 21 yo male here to fight and give up my addition of PMO. I have been PMOing for last 3-4 year. My urges have only been increasing. I soon realised how much porn had occupied my life and is interfering with my daily routine. At one point I was PMOing daily! It has led to straining my relationship with my girlfriend.
I came to know about NoFap a couple of weeks ago and I took the challenge. I have known the importance of 'brahmacharya' (an age old Indian concept) but never took it seriously, until recently. I finished 12 consecutive days by then I fell back. But just in a few days I could experience the benefits. My energy levels were high, I felt more connected to my girlfriend, I was thinking clearly.
I am here to completely give up Pornography, masturbation and orgasming in this way. I want to lead a healthy happy life and experience sex the way it is meant to be.
Wish me luck! I am sure together we can achieve what we aspire and build a healthy community. Cheers!!
