Bad Day

    Day 3, had a major slip up. Day is going awful. I assume it'll only get worse. I don't why it's going this bad. I was hoping for better. I guess the stress and bad events are tests to see if i end up being so stressed I PMO.

    Take it one day at a time... nothing's permanent...bad days nor good days...only our perseverance should be constant...it takes a lot more courage and discipline to get past a bad day without slipping than when everything is going fine...like you said,this might be a test to see if you'd fall or not....well prove it wrong...you are better than this and you know it

    Well I made it through the night. Typically or always when I slip up I relapse later in the night. I didn't. But, that was my last slip ups.
