No, the only reason you would have to go back for more treatments is because it returned in the future. Is the plaque inside your veins, or around it? The difference is important, because one is vascular disease, and the other is peyronie's disease, which should never return unless another injury happens.

The plaque is around the arteries. Also the Dr told me gainzwave is painful and an uncovertable treatment. Im also scared ill alter the look of my penis more then I have.

It's not painful at all, it feels like a slight vibration when the numbing cream is used, and even without it's not that bad. Your doctor seems to never have underwent training in it, and knows very little about the science behind it to be respectful. Not sure what he means by unconvertable treatment. It didn't alter the look of my penis, if anything it's a little fuller, but that is likely just due to the blood flow issue being fixed. It's the same technology used to break up kidney stones, if it can do that it can break up plaque. If your penis is curved some because of the plaque around your arteries, it would likely just return it to it's original angle if anything.

Check out this guys channel, he has videos of him undergoing the treatment, and talks about how bad off he was. He had ED caused by being a long distance cyclist for years, the constant pressure from the bike seat damaged the erectile tissue/nerves under his balls. He's recovered: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCEcQwBFRHj7RZDpB14868fg/videos

Hes treated other patients before I guess. I was told I need to use a penis pump with supplements to get the full effect. Thanks for the video. I don't like how he supports jelqing. Jelqing is what got me in this mess along with a injury. Why did you get gainzwave if I may ask ?

Him jelging is unrelated to Gainswave, and yeah it's not a wise thing to do, he seems to have taken that up after the treatments. They recommend you achieve two full erections a day for about 5 minutes so that the penis will have a good blood supply to heal itself for during the treatment, and 8 weeks after. Can be done with a pump, or without via sex, it's just about increasing blood flow so new veins can be created via healing factors. Not sure where they got the supplement idea from.

I had some plaque inside the arteries of my penis, likely from a heavy meat based diet since childhood, was detected with testing at a urologist. Same urologist took my test 2 months after my last Gainswave treatment and said if there is still plaque there, it's not interfering with blood flow. So the Gainswave did the trick.

@D23 , can you get sexually aroused? What was the extent of your penile injury? Was it from prone masturbation? Now I'm worried if I have plague inside the arteries of my dick due to it's small shrunken, flaccid size and the inability to get aroused.

Whatching the vid I felt like it s everything I needed since the beginning of my problem. The first portion of my flaccid penis (after the balls) is like tighter, drained and dry. Is not so noticeable looking at it cause of the loosy skin coverin all, but when i touch it... I feel like the base of my penis is narrower then the rest of the shaft. By Force there less blood passing there cause the penis feel like not inflated in that portion and i m talking about the flaccid penis. So it s harder having an erection and even when erect thanks to porn is not a heatlhy erection as it has all the problema coming from that drained portion.
Did you try this Gainswave method cause you felt your flaccid penis was shrivelled, smaller and some how drained and this has brought problems to the quality of your erection?
    Thanks

Yes im totally against Jelqing now. Its really an evil practice that ruins men in my opinion.

    Thats awesome gainzwave helped you.
Can you now get spontaneous erections still?

Im having trouble in this area. Hoping gainzwave will help with my lack of sensitivity as well.

    Yes and no.
    More visually then physically.

An ultrasound is the only way you will know there is plaque.

My injury is a combo of penis exercises going wrong and a sex injury.

Gainswave gave me my spontaneous erections back, couldn't get them before, had to jack off. Arousal wasn't enough due to enough blood flow being blocked, could get about 50%(roughly), but never got hard. I still have to avoid porn, and jacking it too much, I'll get temporary ED if I slip up and binge for a while, but the mechanic of my penis are back in working order.

Jerking off too much is bad for people even without injurys ive learned.
Sounds like it gave you your sex life back.

A mans hand is just more demanding on a penis than a womans vagina could ever be. We tend to get really rough with jerking it, I imagine that can tire the veins/erection tissue out in a similar way to overtraining as a weight lifter, need time off to recover. Can I prove it? Nah, don't have any studies, but from what most guys go through it seems obvious.

Ive waited tried NoFap no im thinking gainzwave is the way to go. After i was told there was plaque around the arteries it got me thinking ya know ?

As men we have to educate ourselves and eachother.

    About not edging or jelqing.

Being careful with our given manhood.

Well if you have no issue with erections, do you even have PIED? You should do NoFap regardless, but NoFap isn't going to do anything for plaque around your arteries, Gainswave will.

No other non-invasive way. Would you rather sound waves that break it up over time, or doctors performing surgery?

I mean how bad is it? Is it bending your penis any? Causing any pain? Because if it's not really causing any issues for you performance wise I'd advise just saving your money unless its really bothering you.

It is bending and it stings from time to time.

Also I cant get an erection from just touching it like i use to, its desensitized.

Ive yet to be sexual cause im embarrassed :/

    Hi everyone,
Years ago I had a doppler exam for penis corpus cavernous and everything was fine (they said). I got a prostaglandine injection to get a forced erection for the exam. It got hard and lasted hours, it lasted so much time that they had to take another injection to make my dick soft back. I must say it was a very weird and ugly erection, I mean that injection inflated just my corpus cavernous so, the groin part at the perineum was flat and empty as it is since my problem appeared for the first time.... And also the urethra and spongious tissue was very flat and my glans too, not engorged at all, but well, that injection had to verify if i had any problems just on the corpus cavernous.
In the end they didn t find anything, but they wrote into my medical record I ve a precocious ageing of penis tissue.... That another online doctor told me it does not mean anything, it s not a medical term, but I swear they wrote that.
At that time I not even knew I was harming myself with multiple Pmo a day every single day.
Was just happened that after a week i was feeling a light pain during masturbation, after dont remember how many faps in a day... My dick went numb, dead, empty, shriveled after the last ejaculation and i almost fainted for what i was looking at considering that my dick after an ejaculation never went small before was always engorged even if flacid, always been a largee, Heavy, loose flaccid. But that time my penis turned as when i was 12yo and i felt all the portion below the pelvic floor... Like contracted... Flat... Empty and the same for the base of my penis after, you know after the balls to the shaft. It s like narrower there instead of being the larger and part of the penis that gives strenght to all the rest of the penis.

My question : is the doppler the right exam to see if i have plaques on my vessels? Or is ultrasound another kind of exam?
I feel this gainswave would do the work to my penis even if i ve zero knowledge about that, but looking at those videos i see that it could focus exactly where i ve got my problems: point on the portion of my penis that got tighter, empty in comparison with how it was before and in comparison with the test of the shaft girth
