    I just have a complete problem. I easily fall into a risk behavior when I'm in negative thought. Quick kick in online chats. Frustration because it does not work with women, too frustrated by no success because woman does not find me interesting. Is a kind of vicious circle.

    Don't get frustrated. Figure out why you are in a negative mode, and why you go to risky behaviors. Remember what you are fighting for.
