How to loose morning wood quickly ?

    Can anyone tell how can we loose morning wood quickly ? It doesn't go easily in my case. Also penis gets erect in day time too, when I feel drowsy and sleepy.

    Well i try to focus(feel a little pressure on your ass) on my ass as that draws blood from your penis to your legs and ass and you lose the erection but this only works for random boners during the day...for morning wood i just sit in my bed as long as it doesn't go...

    Please stay on your back, or walk in your room, when you have this.

    In the firsts days during no PMO, the morning wood could be hard. But you can handle it.

  6. Yeah bro just drink 2 glasses of water ( what you are supposed to do every morning for hydration and cleaning of the intestines), pee and it will relax, peace.

  8. You can pee or do some yoga for example since it will put the bloodflow to other places. You could do a stretching routine or lift some dumbells or even do some body weight exercises.

    If your room is cold get the f up bro. Just get up and be in the cold. Your erection will fade as it's too cold. Or wake up and go to the bathroom. turn ur shower on warm. go in and turn it to cold. stay in it for at least 10 seconds and now you should be more awake.
