What kinds of bloodwork should I get, just to see if anything else is causing my erectile dysfunction in case it's not from Pornography? Should I also bother to educate my PCP on pornography or would they quickly dismiss it? Thanks.

Your primary care doc wouldnt be the right doc to address excess PMO side effects. Trust me... I tried.
A pyschistrist that treats addictions is a better choice because you can be offered medication that will help anxiety and depression. You're going to want an SSRI. Primary care docs generally do not write these and if they do, they really shouldn't, unless they also understand pyschiatry.

Psychiatrists don't know shit on Pornography addiction either. My psychiatrist offered me SSRI's and they didn't work on me. I refuse to keep trying different ones anyway, they fuck up the libido and have all kinds of nasty side effects.

SSRI's are garbage, they don't solve the root of the problem at all which is depression. They just clear the symptoms temporarily. Fuck those. And the only urologist I went to only wanted to give me viagra, some help he was.

Get your regular blood work, maybe a thyroid panel to make sure it's fine(it's basically them master control center of your hormones), and of course test testosterone, and sex hormones.
