33 years - Recovery Plan

    Hello everybody. First of all sorry about my English, beacuse my mother tongue is Spanish. I'll try my best to summarize my situation.

    I'm a guy 33 years old. I using porno since I was a teenager, in different frequencies depending the years. I used to have also normal sexual relations with girls, but in many times I experimented delayed ejaculations. I never associated this with the abuse of porno.

    This year I break up with my girlfriend. The relation was very bad at the end and I was not interested to have sex with her. Also, I watched porno more and more at the same time. Around 3 hours every day.

    Now, I lost her and realize that I wasted too many time being alone in my computer. I need to recover my sexual life.

    I hope to share with you guys and improve thanks the helping information here.

    Welcome to nofap. Read some success stories and start writing your journal in appropriate section. Quitting porn is easy you will be able to do it.
