i was 8 when i first discovered masturbation, I've been doing it ever since, then at the age of 12 i discovered porn, which made me fap multiple times a day, and i honestly don't remember a day when i didn't PMO'ed. As a kid I've always been shy when meeting new people, especially beautiful girls, don't know why tho, i never asked a girl out ever, i did talked to some back in middle school but never to those who i liked or had a crush on, but i kept fapping everyday, i remember rushing back home from school and turning on my WII (yes Nintendo wii, only a few websites worked tho.) to watch porn and masturbate, Years went by but i never stopped, instead now i had personal phone and computer to watch porn on. Now i am 20yo Virgin about to turn 21 and i watch porn everyday i even started playing adult 3d games which i think are far more addicting, but on 21.10.19 i decided to quit it, i am done being depressed and shy and i want to change myself, it's been 11 days since i last masturbated and i want to go 90 days hard mode.
i would appreciate any help from this community.

Dude 11 days is awesome! Keep it up! If you are really serious about quitting, try these things:

    1. Use Covenant Eyes or something similar to totally block all adult content on the internet
    2. Find a trusted friend or an experienced pastor to tell about this, and see if you can meet with him regularly
    3. Start making daily resolutions on how you're going to fight. Are you going to use your computer alone? Are you going to stare at triggering things? Are you going to check girls out in public? Are you going to stay in triggering situations that you could get out of? Hopefully the answer to all of those is "No!"

    Keep fighting!

  7. Hey man, this is my first post on here because your story is very similar to mine and I found solace in it. I’m ready to change. I started masturbating at a very young age and have been watching porn for as long as I can remember. I am 20, a virgin and relatively shy around attractive girls. I believe my problem is directly related to this addiction because I have no problem talking to nearly everyone else, and I stay in good physical shape. I have read articles how porn can make you put girls on a pedestal and I feel I have subconsciously done that. I am currently 12 days without PMO. It has been really tough but I’m glad there are others with similar stories to me that I can get this is off my chest to because I do not have someone I feel comfortable going to with this. I plan on never going back to porn. Good luck trying to live a better life I am right there with you.

It's possibly a silent epidemic. Society is slowly getting to grips with it. So you're definitely not alone.

And this is possibly the best decision of your life !!

  9. Honestly porn is way too available I should’ve not been able to find that stuff at my age. I agree many struggle with it in the dark.
