I feel stronger and more freedom with each passing day. I am so proud of the Spartans in this community working hard and sharing honestly the good and the bad.

I feel a deep transformation taking place. I feel a connection to something timeless and much more powerful. I feel like I am on a quest. I am pleased to share this journey with you my fellow Spartans!!

 

Check in Day 0. After a long series of binges and getting nowhere, I am looking forward to getting back onto the road and joining you guys on this amazing journey!

@Kratos_GOW I just learned about this challenge. Which is the same as mine. I've worked quite hard to get to 14 days without PMO. Can I enter this challenge with these 14 days or does it mean I have to start at 0?
