Favorite porn scene craving

Discussion in 'Porn Addiction' started by A_glass1900, Aug 31, 2019.

  1. Struggling with this once again. It’s an obscure scene too. So the temptation is to go online and look for it and it most likely take hours of my day since the adrenaline rush from doing the search really hooks me deep. I know I’d find it but just keep on looking for more. So need to not start.

  2. This resonates with me. I would hate to know the amount of time I spent looking for certain images I first saw in the pre-internet days. Unreal. Constantly searching and searching. And when I finally found them it was never as good as what I had thought it would be. Lesson being, it's good to let some things stay in the past. Pics, people, whatever.

There are a few stars that my brain craves, but one in particular. So dirty, so filthy, the faces she made and the things she did made me so hard. I had 0 emotional connection to her or any other star (i dont miss her etc) just pure lust. But i met a girl in real life and it now seems absolutely pointless to pmo because it would just be a tragic situation when i meet up with her again at the weekend. Thats why ive found real relationships to be key to killing pmo

  4. Oh, so I'm not the only one who was using the Internet to recover memories from the 90s? To find scenes that I was on video tapes when I was a child?
How sick. It's unbelievable, when you start NoFap, you realize how crazy everything was, that you did. But you did not see it, when you were in it.
It really is like with other drugs where people frankly believe that they have no problems.

  5. Sure, real relationships must make NoFap easier, I am happy to have this benefit.
May you tell us if your new partner has anything in common with your particular star?

And no, not at all. Thats why i like her so much. Shes amazing to be around and makes me forget about everything else. Its so normal and feels right and its exactly why i want her

Very well that happens...But you have to kill that thought by diverting your mind towards profitable stuff. You know the result of relapsing.

There are several that come to mind that are tough to beat.

It is difficult but you have to fight it off. Remember when you PMO is only gives you a few moments of pleasure.

  10. I googled your stuff (but I did not watch anything), wow this all old.
I prefer not to think too much about it, because I have figured out that the more I remember, the more my brain will trigger strange dreams at night where I am not in control!

I recently had another favorite porn scene craving. And with an addition to a favorite porn genre that made me so hard. This time, after I finished seeing certain porn scenes that I was craving for, I said to myself, “ I’m glad I’m done watching those scenes, it’s time to start fresh again.”

It worked for my other porn scene I was craving for before I posted this thread two months ago. I’ve never watched that other favorite porn scene again.

  13. We all have. Shut it out immediately or it will continue to haunt you. I've noticed that the faster I shut those kind of thoughts down, the easier my next few days are in terms of urges.

Continuing the nofap journey can be very tough in terms of dealing with porn flashbacks or tempted to watch certain porn scenes. You have to be at least 100% sure that non of these favorite porn scenes or genres that you watched are into you again. Then the journey would be a smooth sailing.

Yes the favourite scene flashbacks can be very challenging to get over, with time they fade more and more tho. so that something, at least for from my view.

  16. I had this one porn scene, possibly one of my favorite porn scenes of all time. When i quit, i had intense vivid flashbacks of it and string cravings and did crave alot. But the more i quit, it got to the point, i remember the scene and what happens and a little bit of imagery, but i cant remember details too much. To now where i havent wayvhed that in a hot minute and i cant remeber much

This happens to me all the time because my memory is filled with so many nasty video clips.
However by doing this nofap and replacing my memories with real sex images, the old nasty clips slowly fade away.
It will never 100% disappear, but these nasty porn images will get less appealing if you have sex with a girl you love.

  19. It passes. This is the addiction's way of trying to keep itself alive. The solution, even if you relapse, is to not revisit those videos EVER. If you go back and watch it, you're reinforcing that scene into your mind, burning it in. Don't do it, stop while you can. Don't even play them in your head. When the urge comes, direct your attention elsewhere.

  20. No matter what scene it is, in the end, it is always a stranger behind a computer screen.
