Yes, and I mentioned that it looks normal, like before, when I have an erection. The problem is that when my penis goes back to flaccid the vein does not shrink back, it stays stretched like it is when in erection and therefore is very visible. Honestly, so far I thought I have damaged the veins valves (varicose) but now that you say the unability to hold an erection, which I don't have, I got really confused.
I will say it again, the condition has improved, it was far worse at the beginning. Anyway, I want to know what caused it in the first place.

Sounds like you're fine honestly, if your erections are fine nothing worry about.
