I have to pee more often as I used to. Is it nofap connected thing or health issues?

Well, I did some research... I guess it's normal.

 

I have been thinking it could be some sort of irritation to prostate gland.
Like, if no releases at all and still edging, it might irritate prostate thus
more frequent urination.

 

Who's edging?

 

I didn't mean you are edging Just general thought as example what could
cause prostate irritation. It is the strongest example, lower case is then just getting
aroused time to times which in my opinion could have potential to irritate
prostate as well.
